A focused introduction to the YogapeutiX method. Ideal for first-time clients or targeting a specific area: hips, shoulders, spine. Complete intake and assessment included.

The recommended session length. Enough time to move through a complete sequence: assess, release, mobilize, regulate. Most clients report the most significant shifts at this duration.

Deep Reconditioning

For complex patterns, acute restriction, or those who simply want to go further. A full-body reconditioning experience with thorough assessment and closing regulation.

Your request goes directly to Russell. Once confirmed, you’ll get an email with the studio address, parking details, and your appointment in calendar-ready format. First-time clients also receive a short intake to share goals and any injuries.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in, like what you’d wear to a yoga class. No special equipment is needed; everything else is provided at the studio.
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or call, and we’ll move your session to a time that works. As much notice as you can give is appreciated so the slot can go to someone else.
Yes, through our sister practice, Seattle In-Home Massage, which serves Seattle and the Eastside including Bellevue, Redmond, Mercer Island and Shoreline. Studio sessions for YogapeutiX stretch therapy are held in Seattle.
Your first visit includes a proper intake and movement assessment, so the session is built around what your body actually presents that day rather than a fixed routine. Plan for the full session length with no extra time needed.
